Nearly always able to provide a taxi, and always on time or early, highly recommend these.

Recently moved into the valley and this was our first time using TJ’s. We called up to pre-book as was advised this was the best thing to do. We got picked up by Mike, he was really nice and even advised a few places to visit as being new to the area. Once he dropped us at our destination he ensured we booked a return taxi so we could get home and arrived bang on time to take us back home. Every Friday, picked at 10:30pm, even if they are late, always apologetic but never fail to turn up. Pleasant drive always. Outstanding and fair service. The cars are immaculate, I appreciate this all takes time too. 👏👏👏

The phone operator was so rude on the phone because I phoned wondering where our Taxi was mix up with Address. On the return journey the Driver was nice and helpful to my Elderly family

The lady on the phone from tjs taxis was extremely rude to me and said “or I can call the police” when I asked to pay the fare I owed from the previous drunken weekend. Also worth noting that my bag went missing and I definitely left it in the taxi

Booked a 2 way trip with the guys at TJs, on time, good price, friendly drivers. I lost my keys in the cab, and through the help of the guys in the office, they got me in touch with the driver, who went above and beyond and personally returned my keys. Fast and professional, polite and very helpful with mobility aid, even carrying it to my front door and offering further help if needed. I had just caught a pick pocket with his hand in my bag too so was very shaken up, the driver was so calming and reassuring after what had been a very stressful day. Will definitely use them again!
