If I could give more stars I would! So close after Christmas, we were NOT excited to find that we needed a new washing machine hose. He saved the day and helped us with no charge, he was so enthusiastic and helpful - it made a difficult job a lot easier!

Washing machine delivered today, excellent service the 2 delivery men were excellent, so polite, clean, highly recommend them.

Excellent service, great advice on the phone, good communication and the men who delivered and fitted my fridge freezer found a leaking pipe which although not their problem, tried to fix and when they could t they rang a plumber who was there in 20mins and sorted it. 👏👏👏👏👏

Our first visit to Bakers and a good experience overall. Polite and helpful staff. Good prices offered on products. Just waiting for fitting of the new items and how they perform. Not expecting any problems.

Really helpful and knowledgeable staff. They fitted my new integrated fridge perfectly yesterday. In these times of covid the guys were conscientious, polite and professional. I could have ordered from another online shop for a similar price but I doubt I would have the same level of customer service. I dont foresee any problems, but I guess if there was something, I just know the team at bakers would be on hand to help.
