Everycare have been providing two handed care calls, four times per day for my father in law since January. We are very impressed with Debbie and the staff at the office. They are always professional, listen attentively to all of our needs and go out of their way to deliver a service that meets them. We are always looked after on the phone, even when calling out of hours. The Everycare app is brilliant for providing real time feedback and reliable call times. The carers are brilliant. They are always punctual and show experience, knowledge and skill in providing care. Most importantly, they show good humour, warmth and kindness towards our family, and they always manage to put a smile on my father in law’s face. We highly recommend Everycare!

Everycare have provided a first class care service for my dad from the very first care call. The carers are punctual, polite and most importantly great at their jobs. My dad looks forward to their visits as they cheer him up no end. Everycare are also very understanding and flexible whenever we have requested adjustments in specific call times, often at late notice. I am very happy that Everycare are looking after my dad and can highly recommend them.

Do not go with these. They neglected my mother with her medication and left her without meals several times. Carers not shown up, Debbie the office manager speaks to family member disgustingly when putting a complaint in.

I have only given one star rating and don’t think that they deserve even that. Totally unreliable, just keep giving false promises, had meeting after meeting with care managers and social workers, agreements are made and are not adhered to . No faith in them whatsoever . Tony Lewis
